Technical Purchaser (m/f/d) Full-time (immediately)

Responsibilities:

• Check material requirements in detail and coordinate with other departments
• Handling inquiries, negotiating prices/terms, and maintaining supplier contacts
• Establishment and qualification of new suppliers
• Timely and cost-optimized procurement of materials and assemblies
• Order entry via the ERP system
• Administrative tasks in the department, including tracking deadlines, order tracking, invoice verification, and complaint handling
• Collaboration in the continuous optimization of processes and purchasing tools
• Close cooperation with sales, design, production, and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und / oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Technischen oder Strategischem Einkäufer oder entsprechender technischer Zusatzqualifikation
• In-depth knowledge of technical purchasing, ideally in the field of steel construction and welded components in mechanical engineering
• Negotiation skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness, strong team spirit
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
• Confident use of common ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Independent and autonomous working style
• Willingness to travel
