Our project managers ensure smooth order processing, and you have the opportunity to carry out the acceptance in person at our factory. Would you like a professional installation? Our service team is ready and waiting. We guarantee the long-term performance of your systems with supervision and customized spare parts offers.
After-sales: AViTEQ remains at your side during the after-sales phase. From support during product use to optimization, we offer you continuous support. Choose the service that suits your situation:

Training and other services
In addition to a comprehensive repair and spare parts service for our drives and systems, support during installation and commissioning is a further component of our customer service. We support (repair / replacement) all our old (AEG) and new (AViTEQ) components. We can also replace various manufacturers that no longer exist on the market with suitable alternatives.
AViTEQ also offers training and instruction for operating and maintenance personnel as a service. This gives users the tools to operate the components and systems in the best possible way and at the same time creates the best conditions for a long service life. After all, it is best if you don't need our repair and spare parts support in the first place.
