Proven Screening system for Swiss sugar producers
Reliable screening is crucial for consistent product quality - especially in the food industry. We were able to supply a tailor-made solution for the plant expansion of a traditional Swiss sugar producer: a new AViTEQ screening trough, optimized for the precise grain classification of high-purity white sugar. A vibrating screen from the former AEG Vibrationstechnik has been running in the existing plant for decades to the customer's complete satisfaction. We are continuing this success story with the new screening trough - modernized and tailored to current requirements.

✅ Aufgabe: Präzise Kornklassierung bei 1 t/h kontinuierlicher Siebleistung
✅ Korngröße: 0,4 mm bis 1,4 mm, frei fließend, nicht anbackend, extrem geringe Produktfeuchte (<0,06%)

🔸 Sieve trough: V2A (1.4301), 1600 mm x 400 mm, horizontal
Sieve insert: square mesh 5Ă—5 mm
🔸 Drive: 2 unbalance motors arranged on the side
