AViTEQ Vibratory conveyors are individually configurable and available in different designs and materials. Depending on the application, they are driven by magnetic vibrators or unbalance motors. AViTEQ conveyors enable the horizontal conveying of free-flowing bulk material of almost any grain size. Their particularly robust design allows smooth operation with a throughput of up to 1,000 m³/h even under extreme environmental conditions.
AViTEQ Conveying pipes are suitable for free-flowing bulk material up to a particle size of one third of the pipe diameter. The closed design meets the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness and, with a throughput capacity of up to 100 m³/h, even enables the safe horizontal transportation of toxic and hazardous substances.

AViTEQ Reversible conveyors are the perfect solution for conveying your bulk materials horizontally in the opposite direction at a throughput rate of up to 100 m³/h. Their design is available as a channel or pipe.
The link-guided conveyor trough from AViTEQ facilitates the horizontal conveying of sharp-edged or hot materials such as metal chips, punching waste or foundry sand. While these products can cause considerable problems with conveyor belts due to high wear, our systems with a throughput capacity of up to 180m³/h ensure smooth operation with less maintenance - and therefore significantly reduced production downtime.
