In our latest application report, we show the successful use of an AViTEQ small conveyor system in a tea leaf production plant in England.
Thanks to a solution that was precisely tailored to the requirements, the customer was able to save space and produce more efficiently -under demanding conditions.

💡 S pecial challenge:
The solution was specially designed for use in ATEX zone 21 - an example of our expertise in explosion protection.
Despite the tight installation situation and high technical requirements, the required conveying capacity could be implemented safely and efficiently.
✅ Customer benefit:
A vibratory feeder with the largest small conveyor drive in our series was used - ideal for precise dosing of fine to coarse tea leaves in the smallest of spaces.
By operating with just one drive instead of two, the customer saves considerably on components, maintenance and costs with 58 systems.
