Frequency controller for electromagnetic oscillating systems
The frequency control of vibration systems is based on varying the drive frequency of the electromagnetic exciter in order to control or change the natural frequency of the system. This allows the amplitude of the oscillation to be controlled and the system to be operated efficiently in the resonance range. A stainless steel sensor serves as a robust measurement and feedback system: it records the actual vibration movement (e.g. acceleration, displacement or force) and returns this data to the control unit. On this basis, the frequency inverter continuously adjusts the excitation frequency and keeps the vibration stable and energy-efficient within the desired operating range.
