VIBTRONIC® control technology
The AViTEQ VIBTRONIC® devices are fully equipped control units for operating vibrators. With a wide range of standard functions and special versions, the controllers can be used in a wide variety of areas and adapted to the working environment.
VIBTRONIC®-S phase angle control
Are designed as AC voltage regulators for controlling magnetic vibrators (magnetic drives) and operate according to the principle of voltage control (phase control).
AViTEQ has the right controller for all standardized voltages of the 50 and 60 Hz mains in installation and housing versions for all common vibration frequencies (100/50/33/25 - 120/60/40/30). The controls have voltage compensation for mains fluctuations and, depending on the version of the magnetic drive, a limiting control that protects the magnetic vibrator from so-called stop operation.
The SD(E) thyristor controls are also true quick-change artists. They can be completely parameterized individually via the software integrated in the control unit. The error history and the ability to read in and out parameters round off this control unit. Ideal for solenoid drives from AViTEQ as well as for all third-party manufacturers.
VIBTRONIC®-F frequency controller
Our frequency controls regulate the power of electromagnetic drive systems by adjusting the current frequency to maximize energy efficiency and precision.
Our frequency controllers for dosing drives impress with maximum energy efficiency and are among the most economical solutions on the market. Thanks to their multi-voltage input and independence from the mains frequency, they can be used flexibly anywhere in the world.

VIBTRONIC®-U braking devices
Used to operate unbalance motors, in particular to brake the unbalance motors after the drives have been switched off.
AViTEQ offers the right braking device for every application. Whether regulated or unregulated, with or without PTC thermistor monitoring and as a built-in or housing version. Depending on the application or problem, we offer a suitable solution. VIBTRONIC®-U braking devices can also be designed with transverse vibration monitoring as a special version.
VIBTRONIC®-U speed controls
Used for infinitely variable speed adjustment of the drives (unbalance motors and exciters) of vibratory conveyors.
This enables capacity control between 30 and 100% of the nominal conveying capacity. It can also be used for special tasks, e.g. compacting bulk materials or loosening impurities.
VIBTRONIC®-U speed control units are specially designed to meet the requirements of AViTEQ unbalance motors and are characterized by their insensitivity to high starting currents.
