Part-time employee in dispatch processing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:‍

• Processing and organization of freight orders
• Agreement of freight prices with the transport service providers
• Organization of domestic and international shipments, including the preparation of all necessary shipping papers and documents
• Processing of the usual customs formalities, if necessary including preparation of invoices
• Agreement of freight prices with the transport service providers
• Audit of freight cost invoices
• Implementation of shipment tracking

Your profile:‍

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. forwarding agent or industrial clerk)
• If possible, several years of professional experience in shipping
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems and modern office communication
• Export experience desired
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Independent work
• Enjoy working with people, commitment and flexibility
