Powerful drive for high working torques
Our unbalance exciters show their strengths wherever goods are conveyed over long distances with high working torques. The drives are characterized by high performance, economical operation and smooth running. AViTEQ Unbalance exciters are designed for continuous operation at 100 % centrifugal force. The rated power consumption is up to 90 kW and the effective weight is up to 20 tons, making the drives suitable for both medium and very large vibratory machinery. If even higher working torques are required, the unbalance exciters can be coupled in any quantity.

Robust design with vibration-resistant cast housing
The AViTEQ unbalance exciters owe their long service life to their robust and low-wear design with a vibration-resistant cast housing. At the heart of the drive are the two shafts, at the end of which force-synchronized unbalances are set in counter-rotation and thus generate unidirectional vibrations. The external drive can be supplied with either 50 or 60 Hz three-phase current, whereby all common voltages up to 690 V can be used. The drive can optionally be equipped with protection standard IP66 (in accordance with DIN EN 60529) or explosion protection in accordance with ATEX. Additional weights can be installed to regulate the static torque.
